  • Utilized Python to implement supervised machine learning techniques (e.g. Logistic Regression, Gradient Tree Boosting) to classify incoming clients as stable or unstable based on their static attributes and time-series investment behavior

February 2022 - May 2022

Software Development Engineer Intern, Amazon Web Services

  • Designed and implemented an AI Operations Bot that automatically triages incoming tickets, analyzes customer impact, links affected resources, and provides on-calls with recommended steps to perform root cause analysis on detected faults

  • Built the system in Native AWS with dependencies on SNS, SQS, Lambda, and Maxis Service (a document-oriented API)

  • Saved 27 hours per month of on-call investigation time, allowing engineers to focus on bug fixes and service improvements
