Wrangled 8 TB of financial data stored in Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) using PySpark and Pandas
Leveraged Dash to create an interactive dashboard that remodels and visualizes 12 previously inaccessible datasets, allowing 400+ end users across 2 divisions and 9 teams to conveniently analyze client-level statistics
Utilized Python to implement supervised machine learning techniques (e.g. Logistic Regression, Gradient Tree Boosting) to classify incoming clients as stable or unstable based on their static attributes and time-series investment behavior

Designed and implemented an AI Operations Bot that automatically triages incoming tickets, analyzes customer impact, links affected resources, and provides on-calls with recommended steps to perform root cause analysis on detected faults
